Seed oil processing equipment for the African agripreneur
Destek designs and manufactures complete turnkey oil expelling plants or small stand-alone machines as required by oil processors. We have a complete workshop in Pretoria, South Africa where the machines are manufactured, assembled and tested prior to delivery to clients across Africa. Destek seed oil extractors could be the answer to all your seed extracting needs.
We have experience in processing most of the available seeds in southern Africa and some interesting seeds are Manketti, Marula, Baobab, Ximenia, Rosehip and Mafura.
Each seed has its own unique set of preparation steps such as sifting, deshelling, de-pulping or washing.
Most seed oils are only filtered after pressing and normally no further treatment is required by the end-users. We do not recommend refining oil on a small scale. We can, however, supply a small deodoriser for sunflower oil producers.

The Exp40 is a small robust machine used by small companies to test the oil market before expanding. Multiple Exp300 expellers can be used in parallel to add up to the required volumes.
