Mini Skip Trailer

Key Features

The complete unit was designed for ease of use and safety in mind. All controls are in one lockable control box. The double axles distribute weight more effectively, making it easier and safer to tow.

Mini Skip Trailer

The Mini Skip System consists of a 3,000kg GVM double axel trailer and ten 2m³ skips. The complete unit was designed for ease of use, with safety in mind. All controls are in one lockable control box. The unit is operated by a Honda petrol motor running a complete hydraulic mechanism, including stabilisers. No extra labour is needed and it is a one-man operational unit.

Features

The petrol motor operates at almost idle and produces enough power to lift full loads. The petrol consumption of the motor is approximately 2.4 litres per hour, which if equated to the time taken to load/offload the skip, you will be able to complete roughly 20 movements per 2.4 litres. The skip sits on the trailer and therefore stability is greatly enhanced through the lower centre of gravity.

The skips have a payload of ±2,000kg and a capacity of 2m³. The weight of the trailer is ±800kg and the weight of the skip is ±200kg. This gives you a total GVM of 3,000kg.

There is an option to increase capacity to 3m³ per skip, and if necessary, the trailer itself can be upgraded to a total GVM of 3,500kg which will allow a payload of 2,500kg per skip.

3 tonne double axel trailer

The trailer is designed and built by mechanical engineers and is approved by the vehicle manufacturers and road ordinance authorities. It only requires licensing and registration at the owner's local licensing authority. All necessary documents are supplied with delivery.
 

Double Pallet Trailer


* Lift and transport single or twin pallets up to 2 tonnes


Key Features

The Double Pallet Trailer was designed to transport two pallets. When transporting only one pallet, an extra set of lifting chains are used in order to put the one pallet down in the centre of the trailer. This ensures that the weight is distributed correctly over both axels.

Double Pallet Trailer

The Double Pallet Trailer was designed to transport two pallets or only one, if so desired. When transporting only one pallet, an extra set of lifting chains are used in order to put the one pallet down in the centre of the trailer. It comes standard with a 2.5 tonne pallet jack, making this a complete pallet handling unit.

The Tip Trailer was developed specifically for lighter loads such as waste paper or garden refuge. It can tilt 45 degrees, making the offload easy and only requires one person to do it. The hydraulic ram is powered by a battery-operated motor with the capacity to lift the bin that weighs up to 2.5 tonnes.

Description

The hydraulic ram is powered by a battery-operated motor with the capacity to lift the bin weighing up to 2.5 tonne.

Features

The hydraulics is powered by a 12V electric pump.

The weight of the trailer is ±900kg has a payload of 2,600kg. This gives you a total GVM of 3,500kg.
